The design is of a messenger pigeon carrying a letter in its beak with SPECIAL DELIVERY written on it. All Peppercorn rubber stamps start out as hand illustrations. The artwork is then sent to our USA manufacturer who creates the rubber portion of the stamp. Then the rubber stamps are assembled and hand stamped in their studio.
